Contracting Entity; Applicable Law; Notice

Effective date: December 1, 2023

Your physical address will determine:

• the Aspiration Marketing entity entering into an Agreement with you,

• the address to which you should direct notices under an Agreement with you,

• the law that will apply in any dispute or lawsuit arising out of or in connection with an Agreement with you, and

• the courts that have jurisdiction over any such dispute or lawsuit, as set out in the table below.
  
  

For this agreement, ‘Your Location’ means the shipping or physical address of your contracting legal entity.
